Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Field Service and Technical Advising Manager to join our Technical Direction and Process Validation team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will work closely with our Sales and Commercial Engineering teams to screen new projects and opportunities, develop and review process flow diagrams, and provide technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering Teams to support opportunities and provide technical and process support
  • Develop and/or assess process flowsheets for new and unique applications within the Services business
  • Participate in P-table reviews and peer reviews of other SME team members' projects
  • Coach and mentor other TDPV team members and develop and elevate the team's working knowledge
  • Support lifecycle cost analysis and work with Sales and CE teams to apply process design strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in process design or proposal preparation
