Job Summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Field Service and Technical Advising Manager to join our Technical Direction and Process Validation team. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a key role in screening new projects, developing process flow diagrams, and providing technical guidance to our Sales and Commercial Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering Teams to support opportunities and provide technical and process support to meet their needs.
  • Develop and/or assess process flowsheets for new and unique applications within the Services business.
  • Participate in P-table reviews to ensure proposed solutions meet treatment system goals and product specifications.
  • Coach and mentor other TDPV team members to develop and elevate the team's working knowledge.
  • Support lifecycle cost analysis and compare different flowsheets to arrive at the best technical approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Sales Managers and Local Representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in water & wastewater process engineering or equipment supply field, with hands-on working knowledge on process equipment or in a plant environment.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in process design or proposal preparation, with the ability to read and understand proposal documents and specifications.
