About the Role

    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.

  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
    • Analyze the effect of competitors' operations on sales and develop strategies to stay competitive.
  • Merchandise and Services
    • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and drive business growth.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales and operations role.
