Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Manager to join our team at First Nation school supplies Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and developing marketing strategies to meet consumer demand.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to increase sales volumes.
- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, develop and implement marketing strategies, and conduct performance reviews to ensure sales targets are met.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that clients receive the best possible experience.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
- Mentorship Programs: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Support for Youths: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
