  • **Job Summary**
  • At Jiya Trucking Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Shop Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our automotive repair and service shop. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a leader and contribute to the success of our organization.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
    • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of shop technicians and other staff members to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
    • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and improve overall shop performance.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of technicians and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers.
    • Estimate costs and materials required for repairs and maintenance, ensuring accurate and transparent pricing for our customers.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • **Requirements**
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in an automotive repair and service environment.
    • Permanent employment status.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
    • Ability to work 35 hours per week.
  • **Compensation**
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
