Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Merry Pop Ins Childcare Centre Inc is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our childcare centre.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to work with our team of experienced educators. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be able to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to grow and develop.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Assess the children's development and prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the childcare centre.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or Diploma.
  • Experience working with children in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and child development principles.
