Key Responsibilities
Grasp and apply the dealership's sales methodology Manage all facets of the sales cycle (from initial client outreach to vehicle handover) Showcase and explain the available inventory Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence Prepare and discuss monthly performance reports with sales management Uphold Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly sales targets to dealership benchmarks Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and necessary certifications Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essentialQualifications and Experience
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent Prior sales experience is beneficial, though not mandatory Possession of a valid Ontario Driver's LicenseCompensation Structure
