As a Sales Execution Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Coca-Cola products are consistently available and well-presented in local retail outlets. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently maintain and restock products on store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting goods from the backroom to the sales floor using manual or powered equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards for product presentation.
- Engage in sales and ordering processes by assessing the product needs of stores and placing appropriate orders to meet those needs.
- Construct, modify, and dismantle product displays; ensure product signage is current; clean product areas and manage any damaged or defective items.
- Organize and manage backroom inventory by monitoring stock levels, identifying and processing damaged products, and maintaining a tidy storage area.
- Adhere to all company and store policies regarding inventory management, product display, safety, and equipment usage.
- Act as a representative of Coca-Cola by providing excellent customer service to both consumers and store staff, assisting with inquiries and product location.
- Physically handle products, including lifting, carrying, and positioning items weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kgs) above shoulder height.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) to transport product loads over distances of at least 100 yards.
- Demonstrate fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination while handling various sizes and weights of products.
- Maintain stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for use during work hours is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from major violations in the past three years.
- Current vehicle liability insurance is necessary.
- Preferred: One year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or a related field; experience with manual or powered pallet jacks is advantageous; one year of experience working independently is also preferred.
