Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of the pharmacy, providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, and practicing to full scope in providing professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medication and maintaining the dispensary
  • Provide consultation to customers and healthcare providers on medication and health-related matters
  • Practice to full scope in providing professional services, including immunizations and health screenings
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed
  • Communicate with other healthcare professionals to provide customer care
  • Maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy
Requirements
  • Independent thinking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and delegate assignments
