Pharmacy Operations Manager

At Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the pharmacy team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including pharmacy laws and standards
  • Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy operations and customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control inventory, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies
Requirements:
  • Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
