Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance customer retention and loyalty during policy renewals
  • Assess client needs and finalize portfolios by underwriting absent policies, reinstating cancelled policies, and incorporating additional coverage options
  • Identify prospects and develop proposals for new business opportunities
  • Be responsive on call queues to manage various client inquiries, including updates and adjustments to client accounts
  • Assist the personal insurance division with assigned tasks to ensure alignment with departmental goals
Qualifications:

Must possess a license in personal damages insurance or be eligible for training in personal damages insurance
