Pipeline Technician Equipment Operator

FortisBC is seeking a skilled Pipeline Technician Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our Transmission Operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including driving and operating mobile equipment, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and operate mobile equipment, including backhoes, excavators, and truck-mounted cranes.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety regulations and practices, including wearing personal protective equipment.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
- Valid Class 1 driver's license with air endorsement.
- Valid certificates for all applicable equipment in accordance with WorkSafe BC requirements.
- Demonstrated safe work habits and adherence to safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
