Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service.
- Operations Management
- Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
