About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Salford&Co Cleaning Ltd. as a Housekeeping Assistant. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a tidy and well-maintained space.
    • Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable living environment for our guests.
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to ensure our guests have everything they need.
    • Stock linen closets to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
    • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and well-maintained space.
  • Customer Service
    • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' belongings are safe and secure.
    • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
    • Provide basic information on facilities to ensure our guests are well-informed.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • General Duties
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and well-maintained space.
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
    • Work Language: English.
