Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Josephine Coronado. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. Your tasks will include sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture, making beds, and changing sheets. You will also be responsible for distributing clean towels and toiletries, stocking linen closets, and cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closets
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Working Conditions

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be working in a residential setting, which may include working in clients' homes, apartments, or condominiums. You will be required to work in a non-smoking environment and may be required to work in a variety of settings, including homes with pets or allergies.
