About the Team & Business Line:

Citco's Fund Administration business is a core area of expertise, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to alternative asset managers. Our team is dedicated to providing seamless client experiences, and we invest heavily in learning and technology solutions to support our people.

As a key member of our Private Equity team, you will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional services to complex fund structures. Our team's expertise and dedication to excellence have earned us a reputation as one of the industry's most respected providers.

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for preparing periodic financial reports for Private Equity Funds, including the determination of net asset value and the preparation of the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Profit and Loss Statement.
  • You will execute financial control elements covering assets, liabilities, income, and expenses, and equity.
  • You will independently complete cash, portfolio, and capital reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • You will independently complete income and expense allocations, including calculating asset-based and performance fees.
  • You will maintain contact with Investment Managers, Banks, Custodians, and Brokers.
  • You will monitor compliance with various client service agreements.
  • You will assist with new client onboarding and new fund launches to successful completion.
  • You will participate in the fiscal year-end audit process and provide information to auditors as required.
  • You will liaise with internal and external parties to ensure that client needs are met.
  • You will assist with ad hoc projects.

About You:

  • You have a University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional accounting designation (CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA).
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook.
  • You have a proven ability to work in a challenging, professional, and fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience working in the financial industry or public accounting is an advantage.
