Job Title: General Commercial Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented General Commercial Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster Clean of Barrie. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, and equipment in assigned areas.
  • Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins.
  • Refill all dispensers to normal limits, including soap, tissue, towel, and cups.
  • Perform additional cleaning instructions received from clients.
  • Establish positive rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals.
Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
Work Environment:

This position requires a high level of physical exertion and moderate intensity of sensory effort. You will be working in a variety of settings, including office buildings and commercial facilities.
