Job Title: Construction Trades Helper

Swarn Construction Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Trades Helper to join our team. As a Construction Trades Helper, you will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and instructing apprentices.

Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in noisy and dusty conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction tasks
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and other construction tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
