Job Title: Construction Trades Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Trades Helper to join our team at Swarn Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Trades Helper will assist our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and instructing apprentices. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment
  • Instruct apprentices on construction techniques and safety procedures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and other construction activities
  • Operate drills, forklifts, and other equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
Working Conditions:

The Construction Trades Helper will work in a variety of settings, including urban and rural areas, and will be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
