Strategic Partner Enablement Manager

Job Overview

T-Net British Columbia is a leading organization in the industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Partner Enablement Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess partner enablement capabilities and develop tailored strategies to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with embedded partners to provide strategic guidance, best practices, and actionable insights to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a library of enablement materials, including playbooks, technical documentation, and best practice strategies to support partner onboarding and ongoing enablement needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Monitor partner enablement performance, identify areas for improvement, and report program status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve our partner program and ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in partner enablement, training, and sales enablement within a B2B environment.
  • Significant experience developing and delivering enablement and training content, including strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with experience working on programs/projects with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning, managing details, and delivering reliable results.
