Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are working effectively as a team.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
