Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NOVA SCOTIA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Reliable and organized with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. The store is open 32.5 hours per week, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
