About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Ontario Plants Propagation Ltd. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and contributing to our company's future strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to boost efficiency, minimize operational costs, and enhance plant quality
  • Indirectly oversee employees, depending on seasonal demand
  • Contribute to writing and defending investment plans to the group
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc graduation in Horticulture, Agribusiness, Business, or similar
  • Experience in scaling up companies, preferably within a manufacturing company
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Team player with a focus on quality and organization
  • Willingness to live in Ontario, Canada, within 45 minutes of our production locations
