  • Collaborate with general managers to resolve maintenance challenges.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch; provide updates on work order status.
  • Oversee corporate projects and surveys; identify issues and report findings to supervisors.
  • Engage with various teams and management consistently to ensure alignment in maintenance initiatives.
  • Notify managers regarding maintenance concerns and generate work order requests.
  • Utilize various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests.
  • Participate in safety training sessions offered by the organization.
  • Stay informed about equipment relevant to the technician's area of responsibility.
  • Exhibit behaviors that reflect the company's objectives; guarantee exceptional support for guests and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid state driver's license is essential.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in preventive maintenance is necessary.
  • Background in trade or vocational education is preferred.
  • Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of construction practices is required.
  • Intermediate math skills are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal oversight.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders and lift weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with electric and fuel systems is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions is required.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and crawl is necessary.
  • Travel is required up to 85% of the time; varies by region.
