Job Title: Facility Engineer Technician

Regina Exhibition Association Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facility Engineer Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting semi-skilled manual maintenance and inspection work on our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in various buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment and facilities by completing tasks including repairs, installations, remodeling, inspections, and reporting concerns.
  • Ensure health and safety is a priority by reporting incidents and near misses, conducting hazards assessments, and ensuring equipment and facilities meet regulatory standards.
  • Perform other duties as allocated, including working as an electrician's helper when needed.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Demonstrated experience in building, maintenance, and repair work
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5th class power engineering certificate
  • Refrigeration engineers' certificate
