Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up equipment and supplies to customer worksites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and recover equipment at customer sites
  • Loading, unloading, and securing equipment
  • Long-distance hauling of equipment and supplies
  • Demonstrate proper equipment usage to customers at point of delivery
  • Perform other duties assigned by the manager or authorized personnel
  • Complete inspection reports for out-going and returned equipment, completing log book and trip sheets meeting all D.O.T. and company record keeping requirements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Valid G license with satisfactory driving record (air would be an asset)

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
