About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Customer Success to lead our team of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of first-line managers and Account Managers focused on upsell, cross-sell, and renewals in North America.
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that help customers achieve their desired business outcomes.
  • Optimize Team Productivity: Support and develop managers to optimize team productivity and deliver value to customers.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Achieve team objectives, report progress to stakeholders, manage high-profile escalations, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with leaders in Services, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customer success.
  • Develop a Vision: Develop and promote a vision for Account Managers at both operational and strategic levels.
  • Analyze Customer Lifecycle: Analyze the customer lifecycle to increase engagement and impact.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 5 years in people management.
  • Revenue Growth Experience: Experience in Account Management, expansion, and retention roles.
  • Strong Operational Background: Strong technical and managerial acumen, with the ability to define and leverage business metrics to manage team goals and exceed expectations.
  • Creative Leadership Skills: Creative leadership skills with the ability to articulate and execute a vision that aligns with company and team strategies, and to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience and success in similar roles and environments.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical and managerial acumen.
