Job Summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Identify opportunities to promote products and services to customers, ensuring that they are aware of the full range of options available to them.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
