As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front office. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing daily duties, and leading your team to exceed guest expectations. Your role is crucial in creating a positive impression on each guest, and you will be expected to lead by example, teaching and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to provide top-notch customer service.
- Manage front office operations, including supervising staff and performing daily duties.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all departments and team members.
- Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports to ensure their continuous development.
- Manage expense lines within budgeted parameters and create schedules that meet peak demand periods.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk position.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proficient in English.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in a light-speed PMS system an asset.
