Student Services Technician

Scottsdale Community College is seeking a Student Services Technician (Part-Time) to join our Financial Aid Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to students and parents, assisting with financial aid processes and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist students with financial aid processes, including Title IV and non-Title IV forms of financial assistance.
- Prepare and distribute information and materials, as well as perform routine correspondence and duties as assigned.
- Provide clerical assistance in the administration of financial aid programs.
- Work with a diverse population of administrators, faculty, staff, students, and the public.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience providing customer service
- Experience using computer and web-based technology
