About the Role
This is a hybrid position at TransUnion LLC, requiring regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support various business units and the Compliance team in maintaining compliance with legislation, contractual obligations, and TransUnion policies.
- Assist and consult business units in defining, creating, documenting, and implementing compliance processes and procedures in their operational domains.
- Develop and/or update existing Compliance service policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal evaluations against Compliance service policies and procedures, and keep management informed of discrepancies.
- Perform external client audits, analyze client access to ensure adherence to legal agreements and internal policies and procedures, and formulate recommendations, including suspensions or terminations if necessary.
- Support the Compliance program, business continuity, crisis management, and issue management.
- Collect data, analyze issues, and formulate recommendations to ensure business units comply with existing policies and procedures. May also recommend and monitor the implementation of solutions to compliance issues encompassing various functional areas to ensure adherence to internal policies, federal and provincial regulations, and minimize legal exposure and liability.
- Assist and participate as a stakeholder and consultant in projects/initiatives requiring compliance expertise.
- Conduct risk assessments on business units to ensure compliance with TransUnion policies and contractual and legislative obligations.
