Skilled Locksmith Position

We are a reputable and established locksmith company seeking a skilled and experienced locksmith to join our team. As a locksmith with Noble Locksmith Ltd., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the security and safety of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Lock Installation and Repair: Install and repair locks, including high-security locks, to ensure the security and safety of our clients.
- Emergency Lockout Services: Provide emergency lockout services to clients, including lockouts, key replacements, and lock repairs.
- Security Assessments: Conduct security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to ensure optimal performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Work Site Environment: Noisy and outdoors.
- Work Setting: On-site customer service in an urban area.
- Power Tools: Experience with power tools, including drills and saws.
- Hand Tools: Experience with hand tools, including wrenches and pliers.
- Locksmith: Specialized knowledge and skills in locksmithing, including lock installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Criminal Record Check: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
- Bondable: Ability to be bonded.
- Driver's Validity Licence Check: Valid driver's license.
- Basic Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
- Valid Driver's Licence: Valid driver's license.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy in work.
- Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Hand-Eye Co-ordination: Ability to perform tasks that require hand-eye co-ordination.
- Handling Heavy Loads: Ability to handle heavy loads and equipment.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
- Physically Demanding: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Steel-Toed Safety Boots: Steel-toed safety boots.
- Accurate: Ability to be accurate and detail-oriented.
