At VCA Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency Department team at the Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital.
About the Role:We are looking for a talented and compassionate Veterinary Technician to provide exceptional patient care and support to our emergency team. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting with surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support to the emergency team
- Administer medications and perform diagnostic tests as needed
- Assist with surgical procedures and provide post-operative care
- Collaborate with the emergency team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary techniques and technologies
