About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Operations Manager to join our team at NORTH BATTLEFORD HUSKY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our car wash facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for someone who can effectively hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties efficiently.

Supervise and Coordinate Activities

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

As a Car Wash Operations Manager, you will be responsible for inspecting our car wash facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Recommend Additional Services

You will be responsible for recommending additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of equipment.

Receive Payment and Assist Cleaners

You will be responsible for receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assisting our cleaners in performing their duties.

Resolve Issues

You will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Work Language

English

Hours

30 to 40 hours per week
