About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at NORTH BATTLEFORD HUSKY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our car wash facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Service Development: Identify opportunities to improve our services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer requests, resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure that our customers receive a high level of service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as receiving payment for specialized cleaning jobs and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
