About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will play a vital role in carrying out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs, assisting therapists in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents' progression. You will work within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of the rehabilitation team, making a significant contribution to the impact on progression of patient/resident needs and their rehabilitation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage patients with regular therapeutic interventions
  • Work at the top of your scope to provide high-quality care
  • Contribute to the rehabilitation team's efforts to improve patient outcomes
  • Provide support to therapists in monitoring and evaluating patient progress
