- Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of new investment strategies and products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client portfolios.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective risk management.
- Education and Experience
- University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- CFA or CIM designation required; CAIA designation an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in discretionary investment management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.
