Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
