About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our ERI (Energy, Resources and Industry) Sector team in Canada. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Industrial and Resources group, working on complex multidisciplinary projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Resourcing and Budget Management
  • Coordinate Engineering Deliverables with discipline leads
  • Maintain man-loading planning
  • Prepare and maintain project schedule and cost control reports
  • Manage project changes
  • Prepare and maintain HSE and Quality procedures for each project
  • Handle Owner and Stakeholder Reporting
  • Respond to project scope of work
  • Capture and report lessons learned from previous projects
  • Lead and support Business Development efforts in proposal preparation
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 to 7 years of experience in a consulting environment focused on Industrial clients and projects
  • At least a year of Project Management experience managing multidisciplinary projects
  • EIT, CET or P.Eng. designation
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player
  • A self-motivated individual looking for advancement opportunities
  • Ability to easily interact with clients in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Valid driving license
