Your Role:

As a Survey Technician, you will:

  • Work closely with the construction department on various urban infrastructure initiatives, including drainage systems, water distribution networks, roadway construction, and civil engineering projects.
  • Conduct analysis of raw data collected from construction sites.
  • Prepare data for equipment guided by GPS technology.
  • Maintain accurate quantity tracking documentation.
  • Make necessary adjustments to calculations as directed by land surveyors and project managers.
  • Assist project managers with project documentation, including progress assessments, quantity tracking, and specialized surveys for additional tasks.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A vocational diploma in surveying or a college diploma in civil engineering technology (equivalent experience is also acceptable).
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Excel.
