Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Parts Specialist at NAPA, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients in person and over the phone
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely follow-up with clients as needed
  • Offering expert advice on automotive products and recommending relevant parts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to lift up to pounds
  • A diploma in automotive parts sales and/or experience in the automotive parts industry (an asset)
