Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a great customer-focused attitude to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers with their purchases through relationship selling.
  2. Maintain knowledge of Brick products and services.
  3. Work with others to accomplish both common and personal goals.
  4. Establish rapport with others to complement your desire to thrive in this commission sales environment.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
  5. Ability to learn new computer applications.
  6. Flexibility to work all shifts as required, including evenings and weekends.
