Job Title: Swim Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Coach to join our team at Club de natation les Loups-Marins de Rivière-du-Loup inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating competitive programs, developing well-planned competitive schedules and programs, and performing clerical duties such as maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate competitive programs and develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or teams' performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Work Language: French
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Work Setting:

Swimming
