We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Coach to join our team at Club de natation les Loups-Marins de Rivière-du-Loup inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating competitive swim programs, developing well-planned schedules and programs, and performing clerical duties such as maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate competitive swim programs
  • Develop well-planned competitive schedules and programs
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
  • Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check

  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
