Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help employees improve their performance.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
