We are seeking a skilled Field Property Inspector to join our team. As a Field Property Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting property inspections, gathering data, and reporting findings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections in assigned territories
  • Collect and document data on property conditions
  • Input information into our proprietary system
  • Meet service deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Property inspection experience preferred
  • General construction knowledge
  • Availability for daytime hours, Monday-Friday
  • Must pass background check
  • Smart phone required
  • Dependable vehicle needed

Benefits:

  • Fees paid per inspection via direct deposit
  • Fee range from $10.00-$20.00 exterior and $40-$90 interior, per inspection
  • Inspector responsible for building inspection schedule, expenses, and taxes
