Responsabilités
  • Collecter, analyser et interpréter les données financières pour rédiger des revues financières mensuelles et analyser et concilier les comptes du bilan;
  • Assurer le suivi et la précision des transactions entre nos quatre (4) succursales;
  • Effectuer diverses analyses financières et formuler des stratégies en conséquence en plus de produire les rapports TPS/TVQ;
  • Réviser et mettre en place des contrôles internes et contribuer à l'analyse des indicateurs de performance opérationnels et financiers pour éclairer les prises de décisions;
  • Participer à l'élaboration des budgets, des prévisions financières et des analyses de croissance;
  • Collaborer à l'examen des stocks de fin d'année et aux audits avec les vérificateurs externes;
  • Jouer un rôle actif dans des projets spéciaux tels que l'amélioration de l'environnement informatique de l'entreprise, y compris le remplacement éventuel d'un ERP et assumer toute autre tâche connexe nécessaire.
Compétences requises
  • Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires - expertise comptable (B.A.A.) ou une formation équivalente combinée à une expérience concrète dans le domaine;
  • Deux à trois ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
  • Une excellente maîtrise des outils financiers, du cycle et des principes comptables;
  • Une solide connaissance de la Suite Office (notamment Excel avancé et ERP) ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension de l'informatique de gestion;
  • De fortes compétences pour le travail d'équipe et les relations interpersonnelles;
  • Un sens aigu de l'organisation, de la collaboration, de l'adaptabilité, de la gestion du temps et des priorités;
  • Un esprit critique, d'analyse et une curiosité intellectuelle développée;
  • Une bonne compréhension des codes fiscaux et des lois fiscales.
