Position Overview:
The role is essential for ensuring the upkeep of operational assets by implementing the Conventional Operations Maintenance Strategy, enhancing operational integrity, and maintaining compliance with License to Operate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Trades, Maintenance Coordinators, and Operations to formulate planned work schedules.
- Oversee Preventative Maintenance (PM) plans; create new plans and refine existing ones as necessary.
- Work alongside Operations in planning for turnarounds; develop task lists for routine and turnaround activities.
- Conduct weekly maintenance review meetings with Operations and Maintenance Coordinators to prioritize ongoing and upcoming maintenance tasks.
- Engage in monthly cost reviews and annual budget planning sessions with Maintenance Coordinators, peer Maintenance Planners, and Operations Engineering.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical, pulp and paper, or power generation.
- Proficient understanding and experience in reliability and operational integrity.
- Certification as a Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) is advantageous.
We recognize the importance of transferable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education.
This position is classified as safety-sensitive, and employment is contingent upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and substance assessments.
Applicants must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
