The Opportunity

Do you have oil and gas maintenance scheduling experience? Are you a team player with excellent interpersonal skills? We are hiring a temporary Maintenance Schedule to support our sites in either Estevan Saskatchewan or Drayton Valley, Alberta, for a period of one year. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have strong computer skills, we want to hear from you

You will provide support to the maintenance team and are responsible for developing the weekly maintenance schedule with assistance from the planners. You will schedule daily maintenance work orders in the CMSS and track schedule compliance. Providing support to help the planners manage their work order flow, you will join a team the values its people and provides work with purpose.

What you will do- Update and enter work orders from field tickets or invoices- Manage work order status from completion to closing based on invoicing received- Support invoicing for maintenance related services- Provide support to planners to book services as needed- Produce and distribute a weekly maintenance schedule with input from the planners and foreman and prepare data for weekly planning meetings- Document and budget monitoring for major projects, i.e. plant turnarounds- AFE creation, accrual management, and basic accounting including verifying and coding of invoices

What you will bring- 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a preference for maintenance scheduling experience- General knowledge of field operations, maintenance requirements, and craft responsibilities- Equipment product knowledge is desired- Strong computer literacy, exposure to CMMS (Infor) MS Office, Info View- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and extract data for reports- SAP system knowledge would be an asset- Proven and demonstrated commitment to HSE expectations and requirements

Location and other Key Details- You will work at either our Estevan, Saskatchewan site or our Drayton Valley, Alberta site- The shift schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day- This is a one year contract position
