Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a skilled Equipment Associate to join our team. As an Equipment Associate, you will be responsible for the stationing and retrieving of equipment on our location's property. You will maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all set specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged equipment.
  • Perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide) to manage inventory and track equipment usage.
  • Communicate effectively with customers (written and oral) to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Class 5 License with a clean record.
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
  • Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Physical Demands:
